We opened our electric scooter store after many bad commuting experiences on public transport and by car. We really believe that we can transform our cities with electric transport. No more fumes, no more sweaty bike rides just clean, green electric power.
Currently we are running online only due to Covid-19 but we are available to offer advice and support for your electric scooter.

We currently only accept PayPal due the the large amount of chargebacks via a traditional payment processor. This means that all your purchases are protected by PayPals buyer protections and we never need to see your payment details. This is safer for you and for us.
Interest Free Credit
PayPal offer up to 4 months Interest Free credit with their PayPal Credit product. Check with paypal to see if you qualify. You can spread the cost further with their Interest Bearing credit terms. This arrangement is between the customer and PayPal.

Where is your stock based?
All our electric scooter stock is in the European Union or the UK. We don't ship from China. All deliveries should be with you within 7-10 working days.
Does my electric scooter come with a warranty?
Yes! All electric scooters sold by NWES come with a warranty but these vary by manufacturer. We will assist fully with any warranty claims made to the manufacturers.
Do you accept returns?
We accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags/product still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. The return request must be submitted within 7 days.
Is the retail shop still open?
No or physical shop currently is not open. We are uncertain about a date for return at the moment. We are operating fully online for the time being.
